Kensington Palace later gushed: “Prince Harry was very pleased to host Mrs Michelle Obama @FLOTUS (First Lady of the United States as she is affectionately known in the US) for tea at Kensington Palace this morning.” Mrs Obama was accompanied by her two daughters Sasha and Malia on the trip to west London.
Prince Harry first met Mrs Obama at the White House when he visited America in 2013. They both share a passion for military families and Prince Harry recently hosted the Invictus Games for disabled military servicemen. She later paid a visit to Mulberry Girls School in Tower Hamlets east London where she told students she shared a lot in common with them coming from humble beginnings.
